If the Original has indeed been written ヨーコ then, according to my Japanese Guide for Stupid ( that's me ), it's been done like this:
ヨ = YO
ー = Extend the last sound by doubling it - The last sound was O from YO so YO becomes YOO.

And, according to Cailon, Gehirn Umbau is a mistranslation of Gehirnumbau (brain alteration/modification). While Wett Zeug is a mistranslation of Wettrennen Zeug (racing gear). Each in their respective pages.

A more fitting translation would be Renn ausrüstung ( racing equipment ) instead of Wett ...

What's going to happen to Speechbubbles if you just move the Panels but don't mirror them? They'll still be aligned the Japanese way like that which will leave you with Western Panels but Japanese ...
