I'm pretty sure the original song only appears in Shūeisha's first edition of the series. All editions after that use the same song as the US translation.

"Hyper Future Vision" actually is some kind of subtitle / tagline that's sometimes used for the original Gunnm series, in Japan.

Erica (female form of Eric ) is the standard name even in German, as far as I know. Erika does exist (the same way Phillip , Philip and even Filip and Fillip exist), but it is non-standard.
