From what Zekka said, he killed Don Fua in Titan and made all this fuzz in the ZOTT to draw out this guy which seems to have been hiding/living in seclusion. His school seems to be Shurite, one of the original Okinawan styles from the 18th century. Take this with a grain of salt since I still need to fully translate, this stuff is what I picked up from what I'd understand without picking a dictionary.

Master says he isn't. Lets trust master, cause he can read and write ;). Lets wait for the grain of salt^^
I guess this means Don Fua turned into a statue, and Toji sees dead people. Fun group.

Rakan: For Armor-piercing Karate to increase the penetration of the strike we make use of depleted uranium cores.
Uranium is used to increase mass of arrow-shaped ammo that tank fires. Mass means energy - energy means damage. However I believe that if you use your hands to deliver energy of the strike, you don't need heavy uranium to do so. What's more important is a hardness of fingers, anti-armory bullets have steel core that have 60-65 points of hadness, while diamond has 70. I suppose that Uranium and Titanium can never reach such hardness.

UPD: Hardness:
Usual Steel - 2,7 GPa
Hardened Steel - 5 GPa
Wolframium - 4,7 GGa
DUranium - 2,1 GPa

So Kishiro did his homework bad.

Russian army uses Wolframium armor-piercing shell - because it's believed that even DU is still dangerous, however, in case of long war, DU will be used to produce ammunition.
America cannot use wolframium because (as I found in google) it has no entrails of this metall wealthy enough to produce so many shells.
Lakan: Furthermore, I added a device that injects Polonium to poison.
Whoo-hoo! That means thak Kishiro writes everything he hears.
Schrödinger's cat: A thought experiment to discuss the general nature of quantum superpositions in quantum mechanics. This quantum mechanics experiment involves a cat penned in a box with equipment to poison it with a 50% probability, to observe and consider if its present state is living or dead.
I think you should point out that this cat is famous for being nor live nor dead before the box is open.

Wolframium <-> Tungsten or Wolfram. I should've looked into eng.wiki first. :) volf rahm - Lupi spuma - wolf's froth
DU - depleted uranium.

I myself prefere Positronium

Kamui could you clarify what the Jashugan cat is saying? It's been a while since their battle, and my memory is fuzzy.
Ex.
Jashugan: I have polished my fighting spirit for so long, it can fill the Heaven and Earth!!
Does he mean something like:
"Through training, I have cultivated a 'ki' unrivaled in Heaven or Earth."

and for
Jashugan: If the rat ran over a beam, I'd gaze at it with my spiritual strength and it'd fall to be my prisoner.

Does he mean:
"If the rat emerged, my 'ki' alone would overpower and imprison him."

These are the interpretations I've gained from skimming over the Neko no Myojutsu story. Does this apply to Jashugan? Am I in the ballpark?

He literally means a spirit (ki) so strong and big it can fill Heaven and Earth.
and for
Jashugan: If the rat ran over a beam, I'd gaze at it with my spiritual strength and it'd fall to be my prisoner.

Does he mean:
"If the rat emerged, my 'ki' alone would overpower and imprison him."
Here he means the same as the original text, if the rat ran up to a beam, instead of chasing up, he's gaze and overpower it with his ki. The rat would fall over and take him prisoner.
These are the interpretations I've gained from skimming over the Neko no Myojutsu story. Does this apply to Jashugan? Am I in the ballpark?
Your interpretations are right, but I should add that I haven't added a footnote and a TL note which explains that Toji's version differs a little bit from the original one. Also Kishiro decided to use the author's real name "Niwa Jurozaemon" instead of the Pen name "Issai Chozan" that you find on all the media. Also he used Katsuken instead of Shoken. As for the story, each cats techniques explanation starts pretty similar to the original text, but in the end their method on how they deal with the rat differs. Specially in Caerula's case in which the original gray cat harmonizes and resolves the conflict in a peaceful yielding way, whereas Caerula's description brings up her Death Array from volume 6.

Commenting phase 78

Page 1
Despair... and then a resurrected ALITA! What is she thinking? (character’s name; punctuation)

Page 2
It's been so fast THAT I can't say only half of the karatekas remain, more AS IF they WERE in a videogame losing lives!! (conjunction required for clarity; conjunction instead of preposition; subjunctive)

Page 4
This bastard is persecuted for serial murder and raping... (the usage of present participle here makes an inelegant text)
For the honor of the karate world, we'll execute this criminal here!! (missing comma)

Page 6
Way to go! I got a better opinion of you! (punctuation)
For Armor-piercing Karate, to increase the penetration of the strike… (missing comma)

Page 7
It's too late! You're already dead! Enjoy your painfuuul death! Hihihi!! (punctuation)
You're dead! (punctuation)
Unlikely, since I'm not a warrior!! Hihihi (usage of adjective; missing comma)

Page 9
Since I was a kitten, I've been skillful at acrobatics and quick feats! (missing comma)
I have polished my fighting spirit for so long THAT it can fill Heaven and Earth!! (conjunction required; it is not common to use definite article with heaven in singular)

Page 11
That same night, the participating cats asked the Maneki Neko to teach them. (missing comma)
But don't have too high expectations of me! (comma to be removed and exclamation mark required, if it is imperative mood – otherwise it will be a confused text)
Long time ago, in my hometown neighborhood, there was a cat... Compared to him, I'm NO match. (missing comma; usage of adverb)

Page 12
It is already very hard to define if he exists or not. (verbal conjugation)

Page 13
[I have a question that probably only Kishiro could answer: are cyborgs able to cry?]
It's the first time someone GIVES me the right impressions after hearing the story!! (verbal tense)
This "Marvelous Technique of the Old Cat" is a fable told in the learning stages and SHOWS the ideology of oriental martial arts. (verbal conjugation)
It's just A story from ancient times when there wasn't electricity... (indefinite article)

Page 18
My leg! (punctuation)

Page 22
To stand with the legendary fighter Taraba... I can't feel more honored!! (the usage of present participle here makes an inelegant text)

Page 24
Toji, take a good look! or
Toji takes a good look. or
Toji took a good look.
(I was unable to decipher what exactly Taraba wants to say, but it certainly cannot be Toji take a good look. It is a simple grammatical point)

Page 26
His nature, such a stubborn naïveté! (I admit I am conservative, but naïve is a French word, and so is its derivative naïveté, thus it is also recommended to respect the umlaut in the spelling; exclamation mark)
Please, stand! (exclamation mark)

Page 28
What's this… or What's this? (either ellipsis or question mark)

Page 29
About your previous question… (ellipsis required – the reasoning is not concluded)

Page 30
Right now, my body and MIND are moving freely. [If I understood well, from previous page, you were not sure if the word should be mind or spirit. Well, here it seems more adequate to me to say mind.]

Page 31
Mysteriously floating, and a sense of isolation... (missing comma)

Rakan: Furthermore, I added a device that injects Polonium to poison.
--> ... for poisoning/ to poison the enemy(?) (depends on what the original text says)

page 7
panel4
Rakan: Should I feel simpathy for this warrior?
---> sympathy

page 11
panel5
Maneki Neko: But, don't have too high expectations of me.
Maneki Neko: Long time ago, in my hometown neighborhood there was a cat... Compared to him, I'm no match.
---> Compared to IT, I'm no match. (not sure with the "it")

-----------------------------

page 9
panel1
<Toji: And so there was this master of speed.>
Alita: She looks like me.
panel2
<Toji: But sadly, she was quickly defeated.>
---> master of speed vs. quickly defeated, is this a pun in the original text or just a coincidence?

@ Lewis Carroll: Kishiro two times uses the year 1898 (Polonium was discovered and Carrolls death). Am I seeing things and this is a coincidence or was it intentionally

When you're talking about a cat it's IT. When you're talking about the cat you can define it's gender, e.g.
- What's your dog's name? - His name's Bob.
