Olympe and Erica have my vote too, but Erica in her adult form is yet to be seen (her shadowed form isn't enough for me). I don't like Koyomi, she is annoying, but she mustn't be let out of a gallery of BAA characters.

(there was one of Alita, Ido, Nova, Deckman, Jashugan and Den)

Maybe he will be touched by your message and come to an agreement with us readers: he keeps writing chapters, and sends them directly to us for a private weekly release, without giving them to Shuiesha. That way he can keep on sulking... erm! I mean: protesting AND we can keep on reading.

Kimji was a pet Alita once kept. It was an artificial lifeform and first appeared in the motorball arch and disappeared in the beginning of the tuned agent arch.

Yeah, he is sulking... Free releases for the fans would be great, but I don't think he is that generous

Ladies and gentlemen, I've been working on the Gif some more - it now includes 3 scenes. the next one will feature Sechs jumping down a cliff into the camera with backlight :3

I'm about 25% done now -
I'm aiming to blow Kishiros mind, and make him realize how awesome his story and characters are. ( art too ofcourse)
I believe this could realy do the trick ^.~

He doesn't, but his brother speaks English (or something similar) and gives him support.

Have also read that his brother helps him with the English.
But I bet that he knows some English, he must understand some of all the heavy metals groups he listen to?

Why? I listen to Polish rock and I cannot understand a single word. Rock is the universal language itself.

here's a little update guys - Sechs' scene is in as rough, and I added the remaining scenes as placeholders to get a general idea of the big picture. will have a running time around 2 minutes, and is certainly the longest animation I've done to date.

If I forgot an Character that absolutely HAS to be in there, tell me ;3

Uh, hiatus from having to change three WORDS??? This doesn't make sense at all. There's much more going on here than something as trite as THAT.

I'm personally not crying...Kishiro lost his way with GLO. Too convoluted, too long, too many ideas not given enough room to breathe (Christ he could spin off about 10 different mangas on some of the ideas and characters he has provided in GLO alone!). I've been reading Gunnm since it's first published issue in '91. The original series was able to provide ideas at a much slower pace and keep a dead-serious tone about. It's something that elevated it to my all-time favorite manga in my eyes. GLO at this point I'm just reading out of habit.

Another thing. The red outfit.
In the original BAA, she used a black outfit, BAALO = blue outfit and when she becomes cat-alita, a red one with a white coat. But it's no big deal
It looks good anyway!

Zazie Caerula and Zekka are already in it, Caerula got her own scrolling section waist up, drawing her blade slightly.
Zazie and Zekka are the first 2 faces in the 'addendum' scrolling. the third is toji, 4th HdF 5th Olympe - I'll be adding Limeiras' portrait and König, to that scroll and add Idos portrait bigger fading in at the end.

Yea, about the outfit: I chose the red one because she had that on the Last Order 1 cover. ^.~ could make it blue, easily but I kinda like it the way it is. :3

Hugo, Jashugan, Makaku... I know, they're dead, but they had a significant part in Gally's development. Even if just in flashbacks they may be back ^^

Figure and Kaos, i haven't seen those in the gif? Whhyyyyy?



And i guess Kishiro may have been pressured by the publisher a little too much... Maybe it's why the focus landed so heavily on the ZOTT lately. Or it was a way for him to postpone changes they wanted to make to the manga. I think it's gotten a little out of hand aswell, but not as much as some people think. Caerula was vital to the development of the world Gally lives in, the vampire thing simply accomodates the character that is able to provide a lot of exposition and history, so in that respect i don't really think it was bad, not even slightly. The penis monster was too over the top... Just a little though.

I hope it's a break, and not a full on stop. I expect the series to be going to Mars in the next big story arc ^^
