Actually even before the Biovouivre logo, the Venusian character introduced himself as Pissarro Crié de Voiuvre on page 11. When they said their name in japanese katakana they're all joined together, but if you separate them you can find french words/names. The name of the guy fighting Zekka seems to be Homme Dufour and he answers with Oui, Monseiur on page 19.

Yes, when I saw biovouivre it was a dead giveaway that logo was referring to the Vouivre and they were using French, from there it was easier to relate the katakana of those character names to a French one.Hramm wrote:U must read Bio+Vouivre

I'm not sure about "homme Dufour". Thanks Ashod, homme du feu as you said makes more sense since Zekka has a fire kanji in his name. On page 20, Pissarro explains the name, but since I don't know French didn't catch it was "du feu". It's easier to notice what word they try to say with the katakana if it's in a familiar or native language.

Okay finaly got it too.
So these strange guys who showed up are basicly allies of the Venus (potato) people.
They play around with genetic structures of things and basicly, do everything with flesh what most "normal" people in the Gunnm world do with cybernetics.
A bit like the Bene Tleilaxu from the Dune universe.
They are responcibil for eveything the potato people use on theire worlds, making every daily thing they use out of flesh and are also responcibil for the venusian canibalistic nature of eating artifical created human flesh (they also seem to like to eating children).
Its funny how the scrapyard becomes more and more "normal" and human compared to some of the creatures we saw in the ZOTT so far.
Also i guess the guy who was managed to punch Zekka has his genes from some legendary martial art master combinied with highly enhanced body.
... Wait as second is it just me or does that guy looks like a human Zekka... THEY CLONED ZEKKA from some of his human parts???
In the end M-badi lets the ZOTT continue much to everyons joy.
Oh and we got some nice group shot of the space angels at the end.

MrFaber, the fact that "homme de feu" touched zekka isn't because he is that good, but more because zekka was really surprised to see his own face on his opponent. and that's why sechs is so surprised, saying to himself :"why the hell did such a slow punch touch zekka?"
