Maybe one of next chapters shoul be some flashback from deckman 100 for how the story is going on, maybe of when he was walking a street and found a 100 chips coin on the ground.

Beautifull chapter, but I wish Yukito Kishiro would spend less time creating and develloping new characters and actually devellop what's already there.

Pretty much the chapter is self explanatory.

The girl name is Olympe while Homme du Feu original name is Igrek. And as you can see his nature gets the best of him and tries to eat her and finds out she's an Android.

The last few pages she reveals that although she's an Android her feelings for him were real. Igrek makes a deal with Pissarro, in exchange of winning they'll free Olympe (he literally says for Venus he'll offer them a blood bath).

Damn. "Olympe" of course. I got stuck at the l/r sounds and was probably focusing to much on french words. lol.

Also "Igrek", is probably "i grec", witch is the french pronounciation of the letter "Y". probably like the chromosome.

"Igrek" in russian lang is math symbol "Y" . "X" - iks, "Y" - igrek or igrik.

First stressing out Tojis character, now giving space for Igrek and another entirely new character. Are these charas that much important? Like someone said before, why not concentrate on the existing charas, do the damn fight, put ZOTT to an end and move on? jeez.

Okay, folks. You're really gonna hafta quit this belly-achin' routine, because Kishiro's been doing this since the beginning of the tournament. He spends a chapter fleshing out a character which may appear meaningless. He's probably going to KEEP doing it, too. I'd wager that he doesn't want his story to be the typical "they get stronger and stronger until the end!" that so many anime tournaments end up being.
My point is this: He's done this before. He's going to keep doing it. I honestly think he LIKES doing it. Probably considers it to be a part of his personal style. He obviously doesn't think he's running the risk of losing readers because of it. I still believe the payoff will be worth the wait. But folks, please...it can't surprise you that he's taking this route again. If it does surprise you, try and look back at the tournament participants whose backstory and vignettes lent to the overall substance of Kishiro's universe, and who lent to the story. I want Alita to go to Mars, too, but I'm not going to complain the whole trip.

Patience, friends. Let him work.

Here's the script, this one was pretty fast indeed. As Dream pointed out, "I grec" is Y in french, I'll use it instead. Used Igrec so it's sounds more like a name, easier on typesetting and less confusing.

It's actually "I greek" (Y Græca) from latin. The reason was simple, from 17-th to 20-th century there were French, then Deuch, then English and American science domination. So you can figure out, when the adaptation of this symbol was made.

Also, I think that name without a space breake is better. "Igrek" or "Igrec" instead of "I grec" — the last one is more confusing.

"Capitaine", is the word we generally use for the "head" of a sport team, like soccer, tennis, ...
