totally saw it, like she did with gally on the zott matchIkuryo wrote:Thanks for the hard work. Enjoyable as always.
People noticed the kanji for Death carved into the glass that resulted in it breaking right?
Just expected something in the margin to bring it to the readers attention.
It seems that is a sort of Cærula's signature.Burning Angel wrote: Does anyone remember Gunnm Last Order Volume 6?
Alita fought Caerula. Well check out page 58 of Volumen 6. The Death kanji is the signature of her finishing tecnique: the Eight Block Death Gate Array.
He scold be on Mars, so I don't think he has the body. Maybe a new villan on the horizone ? I wouldn't mind it^Ripper wrote:Probably not... but don't underestimate Nova.
I mean he managed to reconstruct alita's brains from far more pieces.
But then again he's currently not in his lab.
Meant it in real time; LO has been running for 12 years now, IIRC.AR-99 wrote:Only a few months since the shoe kissing.
Why do you say that? The ZOTT was expected to last six days. Even if you consider it was interrupted (how long? one day? two?), it makes no sense to say GLO has been running for 12 years.Eriorguez wrote:

Yea, Super Nova is long gone to Mars with that head that crawled up to report that Alita had broken into the brain storage access. The bits of Mbadi where also blown through a window in a random part of the station in the middle of all the chaos.kuroro86 wrote:He scold be on Mars, so I don't think he has the body. In what volume and page did Caerula carve the Death kanji during the Impact Winter?Yea, Super Nova is long gone to Mars with that head that crawled up to report that Alita had broken into the brain storage access. Chances of anyone ever knowing what happened to him are low.
I was just a little surprised that there was not a comment on the side pointing out the death kanji. I'm mildly curious how many people would notice it and how many would think it was just random cracks in the glass. I have a vague memory of her also carving that kanji into a rock or something during the flashback to the long winter that told the story of Arthur so its probably a technique she learned a long time ago. I doubt it was needed for someone like Mbadi without his extra brainchips but she probably did not know he had lost that power and wanted to be sure of the kill. She might have been waiting for a chance to get him in an "alley" away from his guards for years.. If anything she would have learned patience.
I found the reference.Burning Angel wrote:

Apparemment, tu as décidé d’arrêter.
