Umm... massive spoilers below so I'll use the tag and hope it works. First time using that sort of thing.
Spoiler:
The wings, it says, are made of plasma, which would act as jets to change the direction.

Arthur actually states that her current body is made of up her brain chip, the fanta morgana, the wormhole reactor, and the Imaginos body. It is only all working together because of the chip brain. With her original brain she could not fuse with the Fanta Morgana which would lead to her losing control of the body and thus the blackhole reactor -> bad things result.

Much of the worrying is concern about what exactly she is. If she is not in possession of her original brain then does she have a soul? Is a it a copy of the original? Is it maintained because the original exists somewhere? If she regained her original brain, is there a soul that has been sleeping there? Would she effectively be killing another one of her if she recombined?

In the end she decides to stay as a chip and to act as a "spy" for Arthur and the other computer. I can't quite pick out why she is a "spy" but I can see that word in the wall of text. In exchange they agree to help her and rebuild her body that Toji destroyed. Something about screwing with their ability to predict the future and letting them avoid things they don't want to have happen using her? She spends 3 days worth of time, actual time elapsed 3 minutes, to come to her decision.

They name her their secret agent: LAST ORDER

After changing the direction of the Orion frame no one was able to find her body.
Spoiler:
Sorry I was wondering how she has to spy? Mars , Jupiter? earth ? me ?

Well, hello good sir !

any clue about the last page bottom message ? next issue date or anything else ?
To be continued, "I would like to take a break/vacation so the next chapter will be in issue? 12".

It looks like this was printed in issue 10 so He wants to take a break and release the next one in issue 12.

As I said I can't quite make out that part, or even if she has to spy on someone. Arthur says that they want her to work for them as a secret agent and her response is "you want me to be a spy!?", although the inflection might be slightly different.

Full phrase she uses is "Watashi in SPY in nareto!?"

It looks like she is not going to be spying on any particular group, just working as a secret agent to the furtherance of the Jovian computer and Arthurs' interests. Its all a bit much for Gally and she asks several times if they can wait until after the fight but the response is that, since her body is in pieces, the decision needs to be made now. Her link to her body was not that great and its implied that if she had spent too much more time thinking about it she would have faded away and that the rebuilding of her body was going to take some work and they needed her to make the decision before they would act.

It turns out that the Jovian supercomputer also has a future prediction device like Arthur. They were comparing their prediction abilities at one point. This also explains the Jovian computers comments during the ZOTT fight and how fun it is that humans can do things that you can't predict.

The towering ego and attitude of the Jovian "Eye" is a lot of fun. It's almost identical to the attitude of the pyramid eye thing that commands the colony in "The girl that leapt through space" (Sora wo Kakeru Shoujo) anime that was on a couple years back. I half expect him to yell "I HAVE CONTROL" at some point and pull out a giant cannon...

I've just registered too, even though I've been reading GLO scans through this site for quite a long time...As my nickname says, I'm in Tôkyô now, until April 7. By the way I'm French, and I'm here for holidays. I already went to Akihabara to buy the last Evening so as to read chapter 111, but I'm really pleased to see that someone already gave some explanations on what actually occurs in this new episode of Gally's adventures. Seeing Fogia and Ido again feels good, it just seems that we meet again old friends after a damn long time: "hisashiburi ne!" as they say here in Japan. Oh, and please forgive my bad English, as I told, it's not my mother tongue.

You are so right... I missed Figure and Ido (since they are 2 of my favorite characters), and I felt that their character arcs were left unresolved, so it's great that they are back, and together no less...

And don't worry about your English... It's very good...

Isn't the current issue that this was released in #6 given that Evening is biweekly? The website is indicating that #8 will come out the end of next month (http://kc.kodansha.co.jp/magazine/index.php/02134).

Which then makes it in three months for a biweekly issue. Goddammit!

Nope, GLO 111 was on current issue #8 which was released at the end of this month. Next issue is #9 which comes one on April 10th. So it's another two months wait for the next chapter of GLO.

It sounds like he normally prints a story every even issue. Giving him a month to write each one. There is actually a reason for the break given but I don't have my books handy so I can't look it up.

都合 is the reason given for the break.
Spoiler:
No idea as to how they met up but it seems that Ido and Figure were headed to Scrapyard. Their ride (hitchhiking) says "ah that bright lights over Scrapyard a couple days ago? (Aryaa TAMAgetayonaaa) There is a rumor that something major happened to Junk city, Zeram falling or something, I don't know if its true though"

Ido&Figure "The Scrapyard!?..."

Their ride is speaking with an inflection similar to hillbilly/"simple folk". Would take longer to get my mind into the right setting to understand what he is saying fully.

Kishiro, you had it planned all along!! You damn genius!!

Seriously this is shaping out quite well
Spoiler:
Super Gally will be become an agent of Arthur and Zeus, the most powerful entities in the solar systems, and deal with Solar-level problems! While Gally will be revived from the original brain, resulting in 2 Gally created from the same person but which ended being two separate persons (talk about some massive schizophrenia :P), needless to say this is pure speculation on my part.
However, if it happens we could have a "back to normal" Gally, back to fights and situations that don't involve Fission Bombs or their likes, a more "Gunnm" kind of power level. And since normal Gally could have a lingering link with super Gally, she might be able to use some things Super Gally learned (like her Quantum abilities). I think it would be interesting.

Hell Super Gally could intervene later in the inevitable Mars Arc coming, that would be interesting!
I like where this going :D!

Be nice to the translators. Only a handful of posters have a role in preparing the releases for the rest of the world, so the least everyone else can do is be patient and show some appreciation. Or learn how to read Japanese.

Personally, I think the Zott arc have break a barrier in terms of what Alita was, her motivations and what she is now. I find very unlike Kishiro will continue to use The Übergally for long, since she reached a Godlike status.

If the Übergally went to Mars, there's no rival for her in the entire Planet that stands a chance. Even Erika, even Gerda, even actual Sechs, hell, even Kaeula is not a rival.

Soon, will see some kind of change that will put more sense into the series. Because as things are now, there's no interest in the story. She have no limits at all.
Although normal Gally will eventually win any given match, at least she needs to work for it.

PD. "Afro" Nova as he went to Mars, and the Panzer Kunst is, in my opinion, where the series will it almost end.

Erica and Gerda would be really serious challenges, simply because Yoko has very strong feelings about them. As to Caerula, well, we would have to see.

I don't know. Is stated that Gerda is no doubt one of the most powerful characters in the series, but as things are now, I doubt (and always did), that Gerda will actually have something to do in the manga.

It's strange because Erika and Gerda always shows in pair when flashbacks happens. But as I had no doubt Erika will appear in the story in one moment or another, Gerda was very meh. Gerda looks like a very secondary character to me.

As Last Order Starts, you could see Erika is a character that have a relationship with Gally that no other character have in the entire series, but Gerda... I don't see her. Probably she will look for revenge against Gally...?

My secret Hopes are that Erika will become regular character. And is mentally unstable. A lot like Juri Han is.

Gerda is a fabulous soldier, besides being an honest idealist. It would be a pity to forget her completely; as to Erica being mentally unstable, excuse me, but you don't make sense. The way Erica is introduced in the series is, in my not so modest opinion, a masterpiece of narrative as I have rarely seen in literature of all kinds. The strength of such a persona made me instantly fall in love. Erica has not been seen much, that is true, but simply because she is too strong; actually, the strongest character already shown in the entire series. I do believe in the future there will be a side story (or a short parallel series) on her - either before Panzer Kunst or to explain how she became Frau X, or even both.

Back to Gerda, she enters the stage epically, to say the least.

As far as I am concerned, soldiers are not social workers. How would you classify snipers? How would you classify Caerula? How would you classify Alita? According to your approach, Gerda is also a psycho. Or would you simply summarize saying that in short the series is populated by psychos?

A true warrior is placed in the situation that his only resolve is to kill, or be killed.
The discrimination of it being a just death, has never been considered (by myself), but the price on ones soul is what weighs on your conscience. My hope is that one can be forgiven in the same manner Christ forgave the two murderers who where also being crucified.
If there is no afterlife......

I mean she could probably have an "appetite for destruction", like Sechs in some ways, but much more sadistic.
Just look at the way she toys with her enemies... No respect!

Man, you miss my point completely :P

If Frau X is not a sadistic character then why she kill one by one the enemy soldiers? she seems to be enough skillfull to just wipe them outl in a second, was really necessary all that brutality? She even toyed with them and Zazie.

This or maybe Yukito just wanted to show a different level of Panzer Kunst, so that scene was just for show off :P

As Gally states herselft, she only remembers a few Panzer Kunst techniques, and added some touchs of her own, like plasma, here and there. The same goes for Sechs.

Just imagine what monster could be a pure Kunstler with every technique still intact...

Das Rabe doesn't count. ¿Bomb Kunst? pffff
