I found some errors, too. Its always a whole different experience to see the text in the bubbles 
However, there will be a volume-release in the future, with the cover and the extra pages of vol. 13 (when it comes out in japan, that is). Then, we'll proofread everything again and delete all errors, so don't discard your notes!
Or post them right away, if its crucial (and crazyankan has spare time^^), there will be a version 2.0 release of the chapter.
