I also agree with Sergio. I think we should correct the new translations.

2. There is no sense in translating, checking, debating and editing anything. We were happy for translating everything up to phase 89 in a row, and then the chief-editor chose other people's work. So, new translations are NOT the case, as they will have no use.
I think you got it wrong. The 83-87ers are just a faster MQ release. "Our" translation and the discussions around it aren't in vain, like crazy and ^ripper said already. We will use our scripts in the HQ release of volume 13, so it
is of use in the end.

You mean we should proofread the text in the released chapters? But everything is perfectly translated and formulated within our scripts.

Thirded. These are some of the better translations I've seen here.

Glad to have been of service. Happy you appreciate.
My only trouble is getting enough rest as soon as I get a bit involved with something.
Meanwhile I guess we know more about Erika's Verschlag from a later chapter where Alita cures Zazie of it's effects:
There was a message for Yoko coded in the vibrations...

Sorry for the lateness.
Thirded. These are some of the better translations I've seen here.
Here are some of my doubts that I see in the translation:
depleted uranium as deteriorating uranium
Tiphares as Salem
Sechster Angriff as Sechster Angliff
Künstler as Panzer Kunst user
Olympus Spaceport as Olympus Space Harbor
Deimos as Daimos
Neo-Third Reich Division as New Third Imperial Division
I don't wish to insult anyone or to seem arrogant. I am only asking the tranlators to post their translations in the forum before doing the scanlation. I find it to be more democratic then just posting the scanlations. This way we can address these issues.
I must remember everyone that this page has a tradition of posting the translations for corrections since the beginning. I would even dare to say that the trait that most characterizes this page is the democracy of the scanlations; a trait uncommon in other translation pages.

I have already mentioned this and crazyankan has commented. Take a look:
http://www.rippersanime.com/Forum/viewt ... ?f=5&t=431. Anyway, as
Cailon says, the final edition tends to use
our translations.
And, no, there is no trace of arrogance in your claim.
