^Ripper's Anime Page

I'm really glad to see the yukitolog keep getting updated even further. As a fan of Yukito Kishiro its fun to see his blog, despite not understanding japanese. But anyway two videos of him drawing and apparently seeing the timestamp it takes him 2-3 hours to draw a page and that is just at the draft stage. Drawing is very time consuming for sure.

That's pretty cool, really like these art time laspes. Dude should get a twitter account for these things. However, Why did he unlist the videos? Why is he suddenly being active on his blog? Why is he updating his blog with details of the drawing tools? When will mars chronicle return to a stable biweekly schedule?

I think he should put some of these details in his yukitopia page instead, it's been really neglected lately

Well, he's got a movie coming out next year? It's a big chance to push his property into the mainstream. Landing there with a continuity of effort will make it easier to win fans, sell back catalog material, and raise the value of the license to the English language material. And, if the business reasons aren't big enough, its his one golden opportunity to bring the love for Alita to a really wide audience. I'm sure he wants to make the most of it.

His blog is kinda unknown aside from fans, so it'd be better if he's got a twitter or youtube accoount.

This video shows him inking, it's interesting how he uses more than one type of pen for inking, one for outlining. shading etc.

Really nice. Always amazing to see how pro work. Inking a whole page without a single bad line. Impressive.
