As i previously mentioned, one of the girls in the orphanage was name I. Cicciolina and Cicciolina was the art name of one of the most famous italian pornstars from the 80's, who's true name was also Ilona, which matches with "I." I'm quite sure that there is no other significant references for the name "Cicciolina" that can have inspired Kishiro.

Now, the Spider guy's name is Rocco, which is, not only a very typical name from Rome, but also the name of Rocco Siffredi, the most famous italian male porn star.
