I don't remember in which thread we used to post photos of the merchandise from the movie, so here it is as a separate thread.

Here's a couple of photos taken from the full set posted here: https://www.taghobby.com/archives/344120

And bigger photos can be found in this thread: http://toysdaily.com/discuz/forum.php?m ... 3D1&page=1

I'm still not a huge fan of the movie version, but I think she looks fine. Even her eyes are less off-putting in the action figure form.

The question must have been asked, but where is the damascus blade ? What's this sword ? It dont look like panzer kunst !
This movie is kinda scary to me.

If I remember the trailers well, this might be Zapan's knife. She's also seen using this on a motorball track as well as while in her berserker outfit (the berserker body + black leather/vinyl).

The movie calls this "The Damascus Blade". It's origin story and properties are different from the Manga. But Alita does end up wearing it reverse wise in the Manga fashion at one point.

I want this. I never thought about collection figures, but I just can't throw away the thought of buying. :P

Be careful... At first you're sure that you'll buy just one action figure, and then you end up with dozens of them... :P

Not sure if I should be telling you that in 2007 a Gally action figure was released (as in the manga version - or at least some weird mishmash of various designs of Gally, though she mostly looks like the first LO design). :P She's a bit flawed and very expensive nowadays, though.

Yes I know. But she scares me.. It's shape looks like similar to manga, but overall i find that figure not so pleasant. Cost is another reason. Too expensive for such little figure with arguable design. Also, despite the movie criticism, i find Alita's image from it to be very cool!

p.s. i wish that to be real, not just 3D-render :(

Fox Merchendise

I've been bugging my comic store about Alita merchandise for ages, but all they got in was the Funko Pop distorted figures. Finally picked up a Fox site that lists merchandise from the twitter feed:
https://shop.foxmovies.com/collections/alita
I'm really not that impressed. The "Hunter Warrior" T shirt is kind of OK, but it's pricey at $25. I'd consider getting it for my daughter but I suspect a small is still too large for her. But the other mottos, like "Face of an Angel, Body Built for Battle" just don't really ring true.
