According to his blog he is hard at work at writing those new chapters and will now publish his chapters at the comic days app instead of evening as evening will discontinue publication

Slightly belated happy 2023! May it be better than the last couple of years.

It's a shame that Evening is getting discontinued, but I'm glad Kishiro isn't dropping the series. Though I wish he'd at least drawn some Gunnm characters rather than his pugs, haha...
