Agreed these chapters have been interesting aside from gyapollo, I am liking it so far. Now I am looking forward to 52 via comic days.

Sweet more questions getting answered, now we get to see the secret treasure of Mars hopefully if Kishiro does not pull off another detour but seems unlikely this time.

a cryin shame really, Erica's such an adorable shit-disturber and Yoko just eating the plot (eating one of the nagendra leaves) is hilarious. I was cackling when it showed chapter 50 and the full spread of bunsuit yakoleva, Usually Mr. Kishiro is just a tiny bit subtler with his appreciation of women (putting Wami front and center with only a knitted sweater was insane (in a fun way)). He gotta lay off the gaybaiting jokes tho (or better yet, commit to writing actual yuri, i'll forgive him once he's written perfect gunnm yuri, better than Figure/Alita (or is it Alifour? Galigure? (u see that'll make the fandom come back, once we've figured out proper ship names )))

I really liked this encounter. Showing Erica's looks change to make her resemble her adult version wasn't very subtle, but I kinda liked it, too.

I've never met another fan of Sechs aside from, well, me, and I'm hardly a "modern reader". And what's wrong with him, anyway? He's a cool character.

Also, most people familiar with Gunnm/BAA whom I've encountered and who don't necessarily think of themselves as Gunnm/BAA fans prefer the first manga.

Hey there, not sure if this is the right channel to reach out (and it's already a bit late) but I just caught up on chapters 48 to 51 and found a translation in chapter 50.2 I'd like to talk about.

Considering how a lot of the Panzerkunst and Mars lore is based on German words, I think the "Laopu" (ch.50.2, pg. 12) refers to the German word for leaf litter, "Laub".
It stems from a tree like structure that forms a protective baldachin and only develops once the Säule is fully developed.

Maybe that's something to consider for future translation?

Well, what I have here? Last time I bothered to check, the story was at chapter 47.2. I got sick for a while and when I come back here there are nothing less than 8 half chapters for me to read! It's almost an overdose! What a get well present! And, in overall, these are good chapters!

Some comments: Yoko was never normal to begin with, but she got a little crazy, ate up a leaf and then becomes a kunstler, she becomes ALITA!! WTF!! That's it!?! Kishiro took this idea out of The Black Panther?!... Well, by now I don't give a damn, he went far too long with that trashy Muster arc and now he needs to speed up things, so let's go with that, let's just enjoy the fighting scenes… and I did!

But then, bitch Kishiro announces he won't give us more until who knows when in the next year! What an emotional rollercoaster!

Kishiro just could fucking die, like Kentaro Miura and Akira Toriyama, I'll just laugh! (If I don't die before, I'm far from recovered from my condition).

Yes it is such a shame with this slug like speed(were stuck with 5 chapters and break schedule now).Meanwhile land of the lustrous finally reached the finish line in April 2024 so at least that is nice to hear readers can rest easy, not to worry about that series. Yeah sad to hear akira toriyama death. That also includes Miura, Buichi Terasawa(cobra) and the creator of Golgo 13. Also Kamugin hope you feel better eventually as it seems some people are getting sick lately.

Yes I agree these chapters have been enjoyable. I never notice leaf being similar to black panther that is a nice observation, I hope the series explore the leaf in better details relates with the mbv, the pillars, the library. It might relate with nanomachines maybe. Well it will be better than what I think anyway lol.

Also I agree these chapters have been much better than previous Mars chronicles chapters that I was invested again but that abrupt hiatus announcement made me very PLATINUM MAD.




Oh well I guess I can move on to gochiusa's 10th anniversary hoping for that season 4 it has been my favourite slice of life series atm.

I must admit that the last bunch of chapters have been pretty good. I wonder if Unye storyline will be dropped the way it is or we will see more of her. Too many characters to handle...

Thanks (late) for those chapters. Finally the plot is going forward, Yoko and Erica now officially members of Panzer Kunst! Plus world building. I love it Can't wait to see the "grown kid" body version of Yoko.

Yeah... but... too bad that Kishiro after a year of work seems to take a year of days off...

It is what it is, chapter 52 will release on December 31st and it seems that from that date, chapter 52-56 will release on december-May approximately to prepare for volume 11 as shown in this image preview and this preview confirms that the treasure will be talked about and revealed.
