Hey Guys,

Since several chapters I am a bit confused regarding what I would call "the quality of drawings". I am confused because I feel like the drawings feel somehow less detailed, particularly the characters.
I had the chance to see Kishiro-sama in a conference in the Angoulême comics festival in France in 2020, and I think at that time he told that he was not really happy by his drawing. It was kind of strange to hear him saying that :)

What do you guys think ? Are you sharing my feeling ?

I just want to share our point of view and I do not wish to criticize in a negative way Kishiro's work that I respect a lot, and I am grateful enough to be able to read again the story.

it's less detailed but it let's him have much cleaner shapes and more dramatic lighting, and i'd rather he make something at a comfortable pace than burning out and dying a stroke.

Besides, i ain't complaining when we still get fun freaks

also, it's not a digital transition thing, he already had the style shift at the beginning of the manga when it was still drawn traditionally.

One thing that has gotten slightly worse is his sense of shading when doing colored illustrations, there some old artbook of his where it worked a bit better colorwise
