Well that was that, hope that the "new" series will live up to peoples expectations, it really just is "Mars Chronicles part 2 rebranded" but lets hope the rebranding works so that the series may prosper yet again.

TBH we have never really followed Alita since the original series, and i guess flashbacks isn't the most entertaining content but i do love the world building. Last order was mostly just about Desty Nova and Caerula Sanguis. Mars Chronicles so far has been about Erica and Baron Mustler.

Let's see where the series goes from here, we will have to wait another 10 years to see how it pans out, and im soo looking forward to it!

Yeah I agree it pretty much is Mars chronicle part 2.

Mars Chronicle is pretty much ground zeroes to phantom pain just a prelude to something bigger if you ask me.

Still love some lore callbacks to previous chapters Kishiro tends to bring them up much later, hopefully we will see the present timeline eventually and also good to see Unye again.

Also love how they said the next story will involve the entire solar system as I was hoping the story will not just center on Mars as it was called Mars chronicles as I would like to see Jupiter and Venus if we have the time and the release schedule.

Kishiro doing fake out endings as much as Gintama at this rate lol but I read this series since 2014 and I want to see this story to the end as I love it way too much.

Volume 11 japanese edition will release april 23 and we will see the next series in 2025 hopefully sooner rather than later as I want to believe december is a placeholder date.

Thanks for the bunch of chapters! That was fun while it lasted. By the way, it's a bit quiet here (I know I don't post really often either) but then, what's with the number of views? Like 10 000 / 20 000 views per posts and only a handful comments Bots or lot of quiet readers?

Some of us still check in regularly. Not much posting to reply to. So I guess quiet readers? At least for me.
There's also work on the Novel version going on too as well as the PSX game.
