I would suggest you to watch Monster.
If you haven't read the manga, you should. Very good narrative and a very well developed plot.

Check out "Black Cat"

its pretty nifty. Good short 23 episode series. not too mushy not too bloody.

So lookin at this thread and your post i decided to look up romeo x juliet... I read the story in high school. so i look this anime up and watched the whole thing. I shouldnt have watched it. it was good. but it was too girly for me... and i watched every episode of it....
