Yes, Titan is Saturn's "natural satellite" to be precise. But really on a day to day basis using "moon" to refer to a planet's natural satellite is also correct and valid, whereas the Earth's Moon should be written with capital M. It's like justifying people should always use automobile instead of car.

I always thougt that "a moon of a planet" is used by astronomers for "a [big] natural satellite", but "satellite" itself is used for everything that is spinning around planet - either it natural, unnatural or temporal.
