You can't legally do that, since you don't own the rights to Gally or Gunnm...so don't, unless you want Kishiro to come knocking on your door with a lawsuit and/or a gun...

if thats so then why did i see a fan made one on sale for 100$ on ebay, the link to it is on this site in a forum under <ebay treasure> so i dont think that it's a problem im not clameing it as my owne, as long as a fan fic ,item ,art is disclaimed it is not agianst the law and im asking for cash because of the time i put into it, it would be illegal if i made a large line, but then again dollor store's and other small buisness do it all the time, the saying is <all patent's come to an end>
i know my right's have an uncle in the law branch,.

First... IANAL...

Legally - yes. It is wrong.
Then again, I doubt Kishiro or someone else would come down on his fan and waste his good reputation over something that small.

Cause... what people often overlook (because they are taught that the copying is the most horrible crime there is by music and movie media companies) - it is NOT stealing.
Its copyright infringement. Making a copy of something without having legal rights to do so.
BTW... when a great (or just greatly paid) artist does it is called an homage. :P

So in reality... when you take it that you invested your time and skill, money for material, and all other costs that derive from making the statues (you didn't make them out on the street, right?) - original artist's commission from using his characters would come out to maybe a price of a cup of coffee per statue.

Now... anyone going after their fans because of something that small is very soon going to need that money cause nobody likes greedy bastards. :P
On the other hand, should you start cranking statues by thousands and making hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars using someone elses characters - now that is something worth calling in a couple of lawyers to "shake you down". :P

Denzacar already mentioned the legal status of this stuff. What Vilma is making is what we know as a Garage Kit, the japanese are already familiar with them and it's been done for ages under the artists noses without a problem. The same goes for the Doujinshis which are fanmade drawings or mangas which most of the time use characters from another author and do you see any manga artist suing them? In japan you have the Comiket where fans sell thousands of doujinshis or you have the Wonderfest where they sell thousands of figures using some author's properties and do you see the authorities raiding this places?

Since long time ago fans have been sculpting their figures and casting copies in resin in their garage/backyard thus the name of garage kits, it also applies to American comics and movie characters too. They're usually low count runs from a few dozen to a few hundred copies. Most of the time they're sold at conventions or stores and they were pretty hard to find since they'd be sold-out pretty soon because of their limited numbers and availability. On the other hand companies do pay the royalty fees to the author or the publishing companies when they make/sell figures since their production runs are bigger and it's easier to sue a positioned company.

Ten, fifteen years ago resin kits were the only viable method of having a figure of your favorite character at home. You'd spend $100-500 on a figure and you needed some skills to assemble and paint them, or spend extra paying someone to do that job. Today with the low cost manufacturing of prepainted PVC figures in China you can get a nice figure for $50-70 dlls. Now they take up 95% of the figures market vs a 5% of resin kits. Obviously that doesn't guarantee that a big company will choice the characters/subjects you like to manufacture a big run of pvc figures. That's why there are still some people left that still sculpt their own and sell copies to fans who share their same interest.

Really, you have time to point out that about Vilma's work, yet you didn't say anything about scanlating GLO
