^Ripper's Anime Page

I am a regular visitor to the site, being a Battle Angel fan, but this is my first time to the forum, for the reason being is that the site was always up to date with the scanlations for the story. I subscribe to Ultra Jump and as soon as I got it the latest chapter was posted here. But not lately. My question is, is it discontinued? or I just can't see the link on the page.
Plus is there any chance that other stories from the magazine that was dropped by other scanlaters might be picked up here? Like ; AGHARTA, or HEAVEN'S PRISON? Both of these were/and are very popular but probably for personal reasons stopped.

If you had read the other threads on the topic, you would have known.
Guess I'll explain briefly:
for a long time, the site's translator was MIA, which is why there has been no release of 80-83.
That traslator seems to have returned though, and looks like we might be getting a scanlation of 80 relatively soon.

So definitely not dropped.

Are we still waiting on translators for phase 80, or is it posted, but I missed it somehow...

Phase 80 more or less straightening out the script.
Editing wise not that much of a deal.

Being the only group to scanlate GLO to english(correct me if I'm wrong, please do), I do believe you have earned the right to use as much time as you feel is necessary for the result to become grand.

Just to let you know. I found a translator for my series yesterday. And since I am a fan of Alita, I told him about your situation and that he could check the series out to see if he wants to translate it.

He said he'll check it out when he has some free time. Which means with a little luck, you'll get jap-eng translations.

I did not. I just heard that it is and can't speak for myself so I thought he should find out himself.

And he just said he'd check it out if he's bored. Don't know if that means he knows the series and he'll check out a raw or if he'll check out the series and see if he likes it (and might translate it).
I think he meant the latter.

Phase 85 is out!......scanlation is stuck at Phase 79

And cleaning at phase 83...
Kamui was saw in the 86 topic, maybe he will translate again. ^^'

Hramm: He also helped us with some Phase 80 stuff.

I really want him back. Our best translator so far.

I was wondering what had happened. I have been following this for a long time now, even own most of the english last order (first series hard to come by). as viz always seems to release last order books months after they are actually available, i check rippers' every so often to look for new LO releases.

Ive been very happy with the translations/scanlations from rippers from LO v4 on, i patiently wait for phase 80.

Thank you so much for continuing to bring one of the best ongoing scifi manga's of all time.
