So Zazzie's FB continues, the aftermath of the battle is the theme of this phase, but I really don't know, what's the essence of this phase, guess we gotta wait for the translation/summary.

What! So early this month?

Damn, seems like we have to wait another month till we can see Gally's reaction to Zazie's story.

Anyway. First it seems that Erika didn't used a monecular wire ala Elf and Zwölf to attack Zazie's group, since the wire hanging around Zazie's knife, is far to thick for that. My guess it's some kind of heat wire. Basicly a wire which produces plasma around and so being able to cut through even monecular resistant material like the tonfas of Guntroll's cyborg monkey.

Also it seems like we were right about what Erika did to Zazie, with the frequence shock bouncing around her body producing random new ones.

Zazie herself seems to have a case of survivors guilt, together with the fear of hurting those who are close to her. Which is the reason she visits Gally. Also considering her comment in volume 11 when her vision begann to blur, i guess she either fears to or will die soon.

Funny looks like they used a water mattres in order to prevent Zazie from destroying the bed as a whole.

Intresting detail (thanks to the good quality of the raws), the female soldier in the hosptial tent, has a round bit on her neck, two clip like objects on the upper arm and seems to have a soft type hull, which reminds me a lot to the Fizziroy body. Which makes me wonder if she has a female type of it?
After all it would make sense to let one with such a body guard someone in Zazies condition, since this body type is extremly resistant against Herzer Hauens (See the super Thumb Fight in volume 10).

In the end i just want to see how Gally reacts next issue (and hopefully doesn't storms off towards Mars but finishes the damn ZOTT first) and wouldn't even have anything against next one being talky again as long as we get some more dialoge between Gally and Sechs.

As nice as it to be thanked by someone, but why do you thank me too? It's not as if i translated anything i just commented on how the situation looks to me.

By the way, looking more closely at Zazie's knife (on page 5) again, i beginn to belive that it's actualy a shoe lace, most likely from one of Zazie's comrades, which would make Erika just even more creepy.

Just to confirm that Erika is pretty scary, since she really used a Shoelace. On the previous chapter when Erika uses it as a garrote and Zazie blocks it with her knife, the bubble says "Shoelace!?". And in this chapter you can see clearly see the whole lace and both tips of it.

Interesting chapter and great care for details from othergrunty, I didnt noticed the water bed until reading your post. So Erika is basically using energy inside the body to either manipulate, kill the afflicted target itself or destroy everything it will come close to after the fight. Sound like the perfect terrorist technique, even if you don't kill the enemy you will still manage to instill fear in him and everyone around him. Another sign that the Panzer Kunst has a much darker side than Gally would think (and approve of).

Oh and about the wire, it would make sense to me that Erika use vibrations to vibrate the string and then make it cut through "anything". If the string is strong and thin enough and the vibrations are spread across all the string, I think it would be possible. Someone who actually know his wave physics correct me if I'm wrong.

^ Seems like Norse Mythology is a strong inspiration for the names of giant military vehicles in the Gunnmiverse. In chapter 21 there was the tank called Sleipnir (named after Odin's 8-legged horse).

btw, i Really love Alswider, the Giant Battleshiplike Tank maybe it can even swim...
that leads to a interesting Question... is there Actually an Ocean or some big lakes on Mars? in order to Terraform the planet it would be quite logical to melt the Ice on the Poles.... (just some offtopic thinking) ;D

Nice chapter I suppose. Things go rather slowly these days but we get to learn a lot about Mars, ich is a good thing. Zazi seems kinda condemned at the moment, though. I hope she doesn't die too fast

Er...Thanks for the reply guys.
Well I just registered today and happened to have some oh-so-precious free time.
But I'd say again that it's not a proper "translation". I basically just rush through the lines and turn what I read in to English.No QC,no proofreading,so expect errors and funny sentences considering my not-so-good English and Japanese.But I'm confident the direction is largely correct though.
So I did some dig-up and found the English translation stopped at phase 82.I'll see what I can do next time I have some sufficient free time.
