I made a scanlation of Phase 89. I used the translation from cypher, i hope it's ok with you.
I changed Gally to Alita, becouse in my country she is called Alita.
The translation is Ok for me, and i think the scanlation is ok to.
The "perfect" scanlation will be bought in Amazone if the Volume is released in my country.

i am in Hong Kong and cannot download from megaupload as they are blocking all HK IPs...

I came to a conclusion about great firewall's new thing because of this line. Megaupload is not blocking HK ip's, it's TGF's blocking megaupload. This week they'we blocked twitter. Livejournal and youtube were already blocked there about a half a year earlier.

It's kinda funny,'cause I'm currently in mainland china and have no problem accessing megaupload(but sometimes megaupload will shut the link in my face and advertise their premium membership after I downloaded 2 files in a row,it sucks).Anyway here ya go.

why they block it in HK i dont know, maybe it has to do with their CEOs shady past...Megauploads CEO is Kim Schmitz, aka Kimble, maybe someone remembers that guy before he went to jail...after he got out he became really silent and apparently now tries to keep a low profile. Megauploads HQ is in Hong Kong, maybe they try to avoid legal issues with the blocking (after all MU is used for illegal shares a lot...)...but as i said i dont know the real reason.

Bah! From time to time Megauload chooses a country to discriminate. Some time ago, it was Brazil. Every time I tried to download anything, there would be a message saying that all the slots available to Brazil had been used and blah, blah, blah. Now it seems that they have decided to disturb Hong Kong.
