Does anyone here know where I can find Miguel Mesas' fan film Arkham Asylum?
I have been looking for a torrent, unsuccesfully.
If anyone has it, please upload it, and the fairies will work for your happiness! :D

This is the trailer, and such a great trailer made me interested in the film.
His site cannot distribute the filn aby longer (it was free) because Warner Bros sued him.
People say the film can be downloaded in P2P, but I do not succeed in findin g it.

I certainly have seen it.
Dead End is a masterpiece. I daresay it is the best film on Batman already made.
Sandy Corola forever!!!

As to Miguel Mesas, well, his site (http://www.miguelmesas.com) says the fim does exist. If he is really lying, he must be someone in an urge of something to do.

No, I'm not. After I saw Batman as a crying pussy in "The dark knight", this isn't surprising me anymore. They can do whatever they want with the movie now, I don't care, the serie is dead for me.

By the way, I've watched "Watchmen" recently and it has made a great impression, although I don't usually rate comic based movies high.

The main problem of [comics | comic based movies] is that there always is a distinct division into [bad guys vs good guys | good vs evil] and so on. It sickens me already.

Watchmen didn't have it, it's more like a detective story with lots of side stories and flashbacks, also the main character (Rorshakh) is a neutral chaotic type of person. This is the first hero movie I've seen, where the main character is chaotic, because characters like this usually are evil (f.e. in a batman movie Joker is clearly a chaotic evil type).

Also, I really liked the style the movie is shot, music theme fits every scene, camera/fx work is great, and battle scenes are made unbeleivably spectacular.

Hey, I do love the TV series. It's much more than a parody. The cat woman there seems to have been drawn, the Joker is fabulous, the Penguim is something to be remembered eternally. Batman and Robin themselves are intentionally caricatural. Many people have never understood that great series.

As to Watchmen, I strongly recommend you to read the graphic novel. Rorschach (this is the correcting spelling, referring to the Swiss psychiatrist Hermann Rorschach) is developed in details.
The problem in the film is that you cannot understand where that maniac comes from.

Anyway, I will never forgive Jack Snyder for changing the ending of the story.

I know that, that's obvious. I've just written it acording to pronunciation, and it was lazy for me to check wikipedia for a correct spelling. :|

I didn't know that. Now I fear for BAA movie even more, although the director is not Snyder.

The Batman staring Adam West is still better than the piece of crap Joel Schumachers created.
