A volume release without the omake ain't a volume release!

I don't like translating omake because the jokes are never funny in English (a lot of the time they make some obscure cultural reference so I can't even explain them in footnotes), so It's taken me a while to get to this...sorry to keep you waiting.

Still missing the text on page 1, right side (just above Gally-cat).

I translated them in the order they appear in ripper's post. The text above Alita says "I don't need your pity", not sure what that means...

I also feel like using FFF and AAA isn't nearly subtle enough. I already took a little liberty with the translation on that, it's supposed to be vague. I feel like it loses the humor when you spell it out so clearly.

Yukito Kishiro's humour is getting better, but still, even as Japanese humour he's kinda terrible at it imo. Makes it cute somehow.
