I won't pretend that I'm an expert on the proper use of commas, but if I were to read those lines aloud there would be no pause, so perhaps we're imagining the delivery differently. Either way, I would say that the dialogue's flow is more important that absolute grammatical correctness here.

Rakan: I'm gonna fuck a lot of girls and kill a bunch of people!! (gonna go fuck - grammatically, it is perfect, but Rakan's linguistic style is far from perfection, I daresay.)

I feel like the emphasis of that line is that he's leaving his family to do those things, hence "go". I don't think it's inconceivable even for a person as strange as him to say a line like that.

Ah, but I just used "fierce" to describe Zazie's battle on page one. In the last chapter it's also "fierce counterattack" and it would make Gerambo's line nearly identical.
