^Ripper's Anime Page

since this isn't LAST ORDER, thought it best to post this separately.

It always perturbed me the way the Anime of Battle Angel deviated from the manga.
I found this WMV test from long ago.
It has been slightly updated and edited to keep it as close to 5 minuets as possible.
Tried to follow the manga and I used clips from the Anime.

Could be the size of the file, I will upload a more compact version.

I'm at University to design video games so it couldn't be any more fun
I've also learned tons of stuff about photoshop so maybe I could help with cleaning raws......

The problem with the MP4 files is with the way they are encoded.
I'm not sure what program you use, but it generates MP4's with the seeking index at the end of the file.
That's why it seems the video's don't play.
They DO play after they downloaded completely, but it takes minutes to start.

Anyway, maybe there is a setting you could use to make it "streaming" friendly when you encode the files.

There is also a second way to fix this:
1) Download Adobe AIR http://get.adobe.com/air/
2) Download QTIndexSwapper 2 http://renaun.com/blog/2010/06/qtindexswapper-2/
3) Install 1, then 2
4) Open MP4 files with QTIndexSwapper 2 and click "process"
5) Reupload the fixed files

I did a test with the one on opening post and it worked
( You can delete the original attachment if you want )

Also keep the movies coming, they're fun to watch.

Just because some of you asked:
Yes I am working on the next part to this.
However my Maxtor HD has taken a dump and ALL of the work I had done on this and all the others is lost.
Just another thing to slow things down,
In the part where Ido battles the Monster you can
see that that is a Hugh improvement in the color,
and animation is at 24 FPS instead of 14 fps.
And No, I do not mind if you write to me for suggestions, criticisms, or help.
I have been told I should ask to see what the gang would like to see done.
