13. The Venusian Biovouivre Company manufactures organic printing machine. It does not infringe the LADDER treaty because it does not use nanotechnology at all. After educing the DNA from a piece of cell, analyzing it and cultivating the cell ink, it prints the biotissue in sheets. Compared to the other methods, the advantage is the abundance of all the tuning parameters. No, it's a character from one of the stories never released officially in English,
but there should be some scans translated from the french version.

I took a very basic crack at it, maybe only got about 0.01%, but it's fascinating. You see things like when Erica and Yoko were rescued, characters' births (e.g. Haruka, Arthur, and Radha were born within a year or two of each other), and it reconciles the previous timeline that YK had in Another Stories that used the old Anno Koyomi timeline.
