Finally! That's fun because two days ago I asked in a manga store here in France whether the third series had started in Japan or not but the clerk was not able to give me the relevant information. And by the way, I'm (almost) able to read Spanish and Italian, so the first link turned out to be really useful for me. Grazie mille!

You are right! Mars does seem to be a really fascinating (from the plot point of view, I mean) planet. The several political factions and a parliament having a new Christian as a queen will certainly result in a great narrative, especially when told by Yukito Kishiro's pencil.
