I think there should be an intresting flashback about Tzykrov in highschool trying to get togheter with the girl he likes (and failing, therefore, becoming an asshole).

I think K. wants to really see that the 2 girls where really good friends. So that the trying to take back Erika will be the center of the entire story.
So he can put Alita in the hard choices, like I need you to kill 100 people or give me this super dangerous virus to help her.
I still feel we miss the rest of the plot
