Well, i don't think so. Ok, cyborgs can easely step from a body to another, but why the bulky overloard of punzer knust should wear a bent over freakish body to hang around?

That is a good point, and also having further thoughts the Baron couldn't be tiger Sauer as he is the leader of a criminal group that indulges, in abduction, robbery and murder as mentioned in last chapter.

They were already "presented" to panzer kunst by Gerda, and Gerda herself will be their instructor. I just want to know why and how they had this period with Finch and Ninon.

Ofcourse they were saved by Gerda and she later became (one of) their instructor(s). However, Gerda did take them to that orphanage and then left them there (I wonder if they know her name at that point, let alone what type of martial arts she used). Someone must have taken both Yoko and Erika to Grunthal to learn Panzer kunst, and I was wondering if he was the man that was responsible for it (or will they be found first by colomel Payne and go to his infantryschool. Before he died he said he knew Alita but couldn't remember her name). However, that Ninon is indeed a strange one.

^This is assuming a lot and there has been no indication that Payne was around 200 years ago, let alone on Mars.

Most of the adults living in the solar sistem are about 200 years old, after the divulgation of the matusalization technology and the conseguent forbiddance to reproduce.

Yet, i don't know, i think Payne is done, so far, i don't think we are gonna see him again.

Perhaps it is assuming a lot, but Payne was from Mars. Zazie was a graduate from his juvinile infantry school and before he died he hinted that he knew Alita (but that she didn't remember him) before he punched him to dust. I found it strange that a seemingly minor and weak foe like him could linger for such a long time in her unconcious. I have this feeling that he will make a 're'appearance at some point (I mean in Yoko's past. In Alita Yoko's present he is dead). But it is just a theory.

In my interpretation, Payne said he knew Alita simply because he did not have anything else to say. He admitted he knew Zazie, and he was unable to understand Alita's provocative question.

As to Payne haunting Alita, it seems to me that it was simply a narrative structure that Kishiro used to personify the Jungian shadow - and he did that pretty well. Also, we must remember that Don Fua removes the shadow saying that "imagination is a special privilege granted to humans, but it is also a double-edged sword".

glad things are coming together already I really feared that the whole terrorist act was put on halt for years at this point. And like everyone I'm still waiting to see how the girls end up in the frigging panzer kunst school.
