Fixed a couple of issues.
- Vertical height not being 1400px on some pages (yeah nitpicking i know, so i added a few pixels)
- Index, phase titles font.
- Some small other edits.

Outstanding things:
- Translation of the omake.
- Page 074 "...reflecting 360 degrees..." Shouldn't that be 180, since the are sent back to the sender?
- Page 139 is missing a SFX in the baloon.
- Phase 93(88) possible levels problem? (especially pages 15 and up)
- Credits page. (compile a correct list of people contributed?)

Per page 74,
I believe that Zazie is thinking about the situation in terms of how Rakan is pulling it off.
From his perspective, the bullets are being reflected 360 degrees around him. Not the fact that the bullets are traveling in 180 degrees per Zazie's perspective.

From Rakan's point of view bullets get redirected no matter where they come from (360 degrees around him).
Instead of the bullet trajectory being bend 180 degrees.

Todo:

- Page 74 (The bullets 180/360 degrees "issue")
If we are talking about the bullets path then Zazie is right about it being impossible to reflect them 180 degrees. (back to sender)
If we are talking about Rakan's Point of view (and his spinning around reflecting bullets from the front and his back) he is able to reflect bullets 360 degrees around him. (in any direction he chooses)

There's no mystery about the bullets. If I recall, it said something like "complete reflection" in Japanese. This is as opposed to merely deflecting them around the user with some kind of magnetic shield. It should be 180 degrees, it was a mistake on my part. I'm afraid I'll need to see the raw for page 139...

Well with that, i could call it finished.
If nobody has any more comments, then i´ll release it tomorrow or saturday.
