So, should I add it on manga-updates?

Btw, it would be nice if someone with an upgraded account could edit the "Categories" for GLO. It has
* Androids
* Armed Combat
* Dystopia
* Extended Flashbacks
* Female Fighters
* Strong Female Lead
* Tournament
* Vampire

--- which is ok, but IMO things like "tournament", "vampires" or "dysotopia" aren't as much important as the missing categories "cyberpunk" or, above all, "philosophical".

I have been lazy, but finally I reported volume 13 on mangaupdates.

Cailon: I have a upgraded account. Have added cyperpunk and philosophical.
Also added Amnesia

And we could need a better description of the manga
"Master manga creater Yukito Kishiro returns, accompanid by his most celebrated character, cyborg sweetheart Battle Angel Alita. Meet Kishiro's latest bevy of bizarre and tormented characters and catch up with your favorite and foes! "
This one sucks :{

It seems it was written by Viz. It really sucks...

Ok I tried. Sergio or Burning Angel, could you please check it for stupid mistakes?... or just write a new one^^

Due to complications, Kishiro had to end the story of BAA prematurely. After a four-year wait, he decided to draw the story the way he had intended originally. Thus, all events after Alita encountering the doll-bomb in "Angel's Ascension" where rendered non-canon. Accompany Alita in her new struggle for unfolding her past identity, encountering old and new friends and foes. Her journey will take her to the space city Tiphares - and even to Mars, her home.
"A sophisticated science fiction tale packed with action, black humor, and philosophical, historical, and cultural references!" (Viz)

It seems good to me.
I haven't had time to write, but I will send some contribution next week.

I got my german copy of vol. 13 yesterday and this time it really cleared some thing up for me, especially regarding the Taraba vs. Igrec fight. Here, Taraba openly admires Igrec. I was never sure if this was the case or if he despised him. I'll translate it very roughly (I hope I wont fail too big - just use your imagination if I got something wrong^^).

It would also be nice to see how VIZ solved Tarabas riddled speech.

Phase 78: Blows by a real man!!
blah blah Rakan, tits, Taraba kicks fake-Toji, Igrec smahes his face in
T. I can't apply the Third Battle Mode
bang bang bang
T. H- How much heart he puts into his blows..!!
T. What in the world may lay hidden beneath the grimace of this monstrosity?!
blah blah Gerambo
P. It's neither the strongest nor the fittest that survives ... it is he who can adapt to changes best!
p. This quotation is by my beloved Darwin!
blah blah Gerambo, impossible, how can he stand up?
T. I take back what I said, you're not a coward (---> earlier: coward for attacking from behind with fake-Toji)
T. I could feel your sadness ... and that your heart is ready to put your life at stake.
T. A mere beast can't hit with such passion.
T. You are willing to give yourself up and that's what makes your blows ... the ones of a real man!!
T. (thinking): What your aim in fighting here may be... i don't know, beast. But I don't intend to go down too fast.
T. Come on, attack me!!
T. and beat up this old man [he is refering to himself] good and proper!!

blah blah -- now Igrec should have used distance-attacks and he would've done in any other case, however --
This time, he used his own fists,
because it was the first time in his life, that he was considered a man.
maybe his will/desire/wish had gained the upper hand
to fight with his own hands against such a proud warrior.

And now the story continues. Personally, like I said, only now I fully understand the relationship between Taraban and Igrec, its deeper that I thought. I previously thought that Taraba is merely talking religious nonsense about life, soul, and whatsoever. Sorry Taraba^^
I hope this quick-and-dirty was enough for everyone else who didn't get what was going on, too.
