It's nice seeing Caerula back. Really hope we end up seeing her get some more action. Perhaps a fight with Erika would be interesting. I'm iffy on Alita's design though. Unlike most I really did like the 2.0 imaginos version 2.1 not so much. Where the 2.0 was bulkier this one seems to slim but ehh. I guess we'll find out what kind of body she has once this gets translated.
Also is it just me or does the art seem flat.

I think the body style is just the outfit she's wearing at the moment. Looks like her current body (probably still the imaginos body, it didn't get destroied and who would trade the most powerful nanotech body in the solar system for a lesser one?) is back to the original natual human shaped version.

I never liked much her "i-dress-like-Caella jovian-armored built-inside-the-body" trench and boots.

I don't think she can change body, as far as I understood the quantum key and her brain + the wormhole are all attached and can't be separated.

Where is that translation to clear up all the speculation...

That would be utterly intresting, but i don't think that's the case. The guntroll interlude with Sechs side by side with Niz would make no sense if the whole chapter wasn't located in the "present". Unless the meeting between Yoko and Erika is somehow narrated by Caella. But that doesn't make much sense either. Caella didn't know Yoko before she intruded Ieru, there is no reason for her to know about a reunion upon a memorial from the girls' tragic childwood.

Erika mentions that she saw Alita in the ZOTT. She was also disappointed Alita doesn't have a cat tail anymore. So it's in present time.

The most scrutinized chapter I've ever gone across, but there's something new each time.

The timeline is 3 years later (594 as noted on p. 2). Erica mentions 3 in the same sentence as the ZOTT and it comes up a few times in Caerula and Qu Tsang's conversation. And, Erica wearing all black is matching up with Frau X's appearance down to the 2 tufts of hair and split pattern in the middle.

She apparently keeps a round in her mouth to shoot out at certain times...their mouths are all cyborg too. Maybe a lot of rounds are in there?

The rear of the bullet shell has teethmarks. It has been bite in order to ignite. So Erika stores a secret ammo in her mouth or maybe she is quick enough to pick it from poket, take it to her mouth and bite it. Either ways, Kishiro is a genius.

It's a Panzer Kunst technique meant to guard against being hit point blank with anything. Erika has no problem going up against armed soldiers so by anticipating that something like this could happen she can fire from deflecting rounds with her mouth.

This reminds me of the Sonic Finger side story, in which the title character has a modified cyborg body that allows him to ingest ball bearings that feed into his palms so he can fire them at supersonic speeds.

Do u think Alita and Erika are being serious in their fight or are they just checking each other's skills? That antiberzerk bullet seemed pretty nasty.

Yes it's a timeskip and from the conversation between Erika and Yohko, it's been 3 years since the ZOTT.

That would be difficult. Team Pixie Dust, as far as I know, is a secret group. At least, no one has found their site or something equivalent.
