Seriously guys, how many chapter to end the ZOTT since it is in Kodansha?!! Amazing I would say...
Imagine if it would have been that fast from the beginning, we should already know how everything is gonna end

dunno. even if we remove all the "gimmic" fights of the zott, there was still lots of things happening outside of the ring, that would still need exposure. let's say that Mr Kishiro's editors was the one asking to drag on the tournament. it would have reduced the story by maybe 2-3 volumes at best imo.

And it's not like it's even over yet. M'Badi is still there, and I doubt he'll settle that with a handshake and a trophy (end of this chapter sure doesn't look that way). also Nova has been suspiciously quiet recently.

I'd say the "ZOTT arc" is not finished yet. at all.

Well, we all know never to bet against Koyomi. I do agree that this one did feel anticlimactic, but it's not over yet.

Did Zekka's attitude finally change? That's what I'd like to see.

Don Fua had already surrendered to Alita, knocking him out of the ZOTT.
Zekka provokes a fight with Don Fua, who trounces him out of the tourney.
Honestly, it isn't that complicated.

That was fast. And unexpected. Really a bit too unexpected after all the expectations were built up (super dragon slayer techniques, Zekka being Mr. Universe, and all). I guess that YK really wants to make progress now - but like others I, too bet on an ugly aftermatch here. Compared to those frigates, Sword of Damocles is huge. Though it seems that some devices are being hacked (maybe, on page 17). Plus, Don Fua didn't punch Zekka to the moon (like I initially thought) but teleported him most of the way. So maybe he has just mastered his quantum-appearing-disapperaing-thingy he suffered from until now. (And can do the same thing to SoD)

Interesting that the explosion generated by Zekka's teleported arm was enough to make a light so bright that, from space, it was almost blinding to those on earth (under the smog of the Scrapyard, no less).

Don Fua teleports Zekka's arm and dragon punch. Meanwhile Mbadi is asking himself why the hell Damocles didn't hit yet. Don Fua explains to Gally that he did "Isseki ni Chô", which means two birds with a stone. This means he stopped damocles with Zekka's attack.
At the end of the chapter, Gally and Don Fua are preparing for Damocles. Don Fua says "Leave it to me... is what I want to tell you, but I'm not sure I can stop an attack I don't even see coming"

Well, that's a few bits I got from a first read. I will have time for a full translation starting next week, if the usual guys don't make it by then!

we still don't really know what's the glass cat thing made by Jupiter is supposed to do, right?
to be honest, I hope Gally gets a little downgrade for the next "arc". maybe she could get her brain back, and enter in a conflicted state that would alter her godmode a little.

Glass cat was supposed to remote control Alita due to her wormhole link, or at last, to freeze her to have her destroyed by Toji, and it worked, mostly. The unpredicted twist was Alita fighting back 'the Matrix' by her Fata Morgana power up.
