The summary of Ultra Jump is out each month around the 20.
It takes 1 or 2 weeks to be scanned by ritual...

The thing on Yukitopia is an ad for Ultrajump Megamix vol.2, an anthology of one-shots they release here and there to promote UJ (and make some extra cash). He's saying that Banshaku Ando is going to be in it, along with a Sechs pinup he drew specifically for it.

The text on the Phase 67 scan:

LEFT TEXT: Got you, asshole! (lit: "Pierce/penetrate you (rude)")
TITLE: Hell of a price! (lit: "Expensive, you know!" with a "cool guy" manner of speech)

From the manner of speech (I'm sure you could guess, given my translations), looks like a Sechs-intensive chapter.

Got some news about why we and ritual don´t have the latest chapters for Last Order.

Three manga scanners in Japan got busted two months ago for scanning ultra jump and some other magazines. I think the used all the big sharing programs in Japan (Winny, ShareEX2 and perfect dark).
