yukito's latest draft
more updates on yukito's blog and this time he released some draft for his future chapters. Even if it is a small amount to still looks interesting.

These look awesome.
He should update his blog a bit more, sharing these drafts or other drawings.
He does good research on the matter.

Re: yukito's latest draft
he seems to be focusing more on yukitolog blogspot as he put the drafts on the blog instead of yukitopia. Yukitopia hasn't been updated for over 2 years

Cool, I thought he switched to digital for Mars chronicle since the lines were a lot smoother, guess not.

That's just for the drafts. He then scans it and redraw digitally. I actually miss the good old times when it was only analog drawing. It was way more vivid IMO.VehicleReversing wrote:Cool, I thought he switched to digital for Mars chronicle since the lines were a lot smoother, guess not.

Wouldn't that be inefficient since the inks are already very detailed on paper? Strange. And yep his analog drawings were great, best was when he combined 3dcg with it during early LO.Sam wrote:That's just for the drafts. He then scans it and redraw digitally. Also I just noticed he drew his new pug on the side of the drafts, what a cute doggo.

Well, he's working like that since the "Sonic finger" story, so I think it's pretty good at it now!VehicleReversing wrote:Wouldn't that be inefficient since the inks are already very detailed on paper? As for the 3Dcg, if you look carefully on his blog, it seems that some images (e.g. with the car,...) were initially done in 3D (for perspective purposes I think) and then redrawn manually.
