i can see how that seems a bit autism tier, but dont you think thats a bad way to look for love? (assuming your looking for a romantic relationship)
is it the facial features youre after? or is it the whole package (height, hair, personality)? alita like most anime characters look super unrealistic, youre basicly looking for a girl with big eyes, a small nose and octo lips. good luck lol. post a picture of the one who came close?
What do you mean by "autism tier"? (I am actually partially on the autism spectrum, but too social to be fully Sheldon

).
It's interesting that you ask about the Alita lookalike I mentioned, because my cousin just mentioned her to me the other day.

I wish I had a pic of this girl - unfortunately I don't see her that often (and I think she's moved to another city now, so it's likely I may not actually see her again

...she's not on Facebook or Twitter far as I know). When I say she is a dead ringer for Alita, I mean in practically everything: hair, eyes, eyebrows, octo lips (hard to believe but true), face shape, body shape (the really long legs on a very short torso), but also in things you can't pin down, like a lot of the expressions Alita makes. (She even has the two pointy eye teeth when she smiles). I wish I had taken a picture of her and sent it to Robert Rodriguez, that's how similar she looked.
Anyway, I know this is coming across as really geeky, but it's not every day that you stumble across something that strikes you so much in reference to your favourite manga, which you've been inspired by since you were a kid.
As for the romantic relationship, I think there are worse ways to look for a love interest than letting literature inspire you, don't you think? I'd love to find someone just like Alita, but I know that's not likely, so I'll settle for the next best thing, someone who I click with who makes me laugh.

However, I'm not looking at the moment. Too happy being free and having all possibilities open to me.
