I was inactive for a year, so maybe someone commented on it already. But did anyone notice how close Das's gun looks to Vash's from Trigun? I think YK used the latter as a basis, obviously changing some elements.

Fortunately, I'm still a spring chicken as I am 23, so I'll definitely so the ending whenever that is. But for those who can't wait very long can always accept the alternate Pinocchio like ending of the series though I really wouldn't accept it personally

It would look like a relocated brain position, but Kishiro already used the trick, i presume it will be something different. Maybe 2 emisferes of his brains that work independetly or something. Just remember: Never stop firing until the enemy is pulp.

There are a number of cases where the mangaka died before finishing a series, this is another risk. And the fact that you are young isn't a guarantee that you will have many springs ahead, you can always slip on a banana peel and fatally hit your head on the ground... or something like that

Chips can't withstand bullets, as far as I know. Perhaps his brain has extra armor, who knows?
Regarding cyborgs, the sure way to kill them is to blow them in pieces completely... And not even that was enough to kill Alita.

True they chips can be shot at. But the one we saw in Alita are smaller ( they can be put on a necklace ) . Therefore much more easy to miss.

I believe that brainchips are a later technology. This arc take pace little more the 200 years before GUNNM, which is only 200 years after Arthur and before Scrapyard (back then still Star City), Salem and Yeru got isolated from each other, all events that took place as a consequence of Yoko assaulting Yeru. If i don't get confused on the time

I was half serious when I mentioned the chip idea, but knowing the timeline is good. Another idea I have is that the punch is a reflexive action. Of course we need to see how far gone Giratin really is and if he still comes back fighting despite half of his brain (presumably) being shot.

Giratin's delayed death is just a plot trick. I think probably both will die fighting each other, since they are useless for the story from now on.

Very likely, Kamugin. That quite Kishiro style. And the gunslinger can't survive. He would have become a positive fatherly figure for Erika and prevent a lot of things are to happen.
