yes it is however it is not as active as it used to be. there have been updates on other threads, for instance about the movie. I myself haven't reacted asI seem to share the general opinion that the movie is okay though it has its flaws. As for the topic has been hot for some time but each and every one was telling the same in their own way, so it naturally stopped.
