Yep, I have a decent scanner and ready access to my copy.

I have a regular job weekdays but I can try to hit it hard this weekend.

Whichever works best for you. Usually I do some post processing to cut off irrelevant bits, and increase the contrast (scan_raw vs scan_clean). So if you do double pages I can split them up as part of that process. So whatever makes the work easier or faster for you!
