OK, that was pretty interesting, damn we did get some answers on the mysterious treasures but not all of them.
Seems like that mysterious entity is the Super AI of Mars I believe(so far we have Melchizedek from Earth and Zeus from Jupiter).

Looking forward to the next chapter even more.

Altering EM waves, probably. It interfaces with human brains. Maybe it can't do that via radiosignal.

About granting wishes, it's not like the Treasure of Mars is capable to alter reality like a real genie, i presume, but to regenerate Muster's body was probably within the scope of what the technology it can use can do.

Apparently the Treasure of Mars is connected by a saule pillar to the main base of the baldachin organization. They can clearly do a lot on a cellular level to a body.
