Well, part two concludes the Venus story, and going be "Solar Rebels" I'd assume we'll get more self contained stories at the other Solar system locations.
I have not heard back from any translators yet. Does anyone know how to get in contact with any so we can get the ball rolling on this? If I do it I will most likely have to heavily lean on A.I. translation and we all know how hit and miss that is.
With the last chapters of Mars Chronicles i did some experimentation with machine translation, then reviewing the result with a bit of brain work and knowledge of Gunnm lore. I missed stuff here and there but i would call it feasable.
Neat. I was hoping he'd do a bit more on the pre-Alita centric stories in the solar system type setting. Maybe even the actual founding of PK with Sauer for example.
Okay folks, I just nabbed the latest issue and 'Chronicles of Solar Rebels' has not continued in the latest issue of "Morning" (モーニング) magazine. Not sure if it will or when if it does continue.
For now, I will keep monitoring the weekly drops as well as the BBS.
Edward Abbey Society is like a stew. If you don't stir it up every once in a while then a layer of scum floats to the top. Helder Camara When I give food to the poor, they call me a saint. When I ask why the poor have no food, they call me a communist.
I enjoyed this one a 58 page short story that was simple but enjoyable and consistent with Venus lore on biotech and some science trivia from Kishiro is always fun explaining why it is floating city and not a city on land and also the easter egg with the company that does bioprinting in Last order is mentioned so love that nice continuity nod.
But I wonder will we get another short story as it is undecided according to the author's brother and can come out at any time.
