I guess this means Don Fua turned into a statue, and Toji sees dead people. Fun group.Cailon wrote:Kamui04 wrote:The new guy doesn't seem to be Don Fua. From what Zekka said, he killed Don Fua in Titan and made all this fuzz in the ZOTT to draw out this guy which seems to have been hiding/living in seclusion. His school seems to be Shurite, one of the original Okinawan styles from the 18th century. Take this with a grain of salt since I still need to fully translate, this stuff is what I picked up from what I'd understand without picking a dictionary.
Master says he isn't. Lets trust master, cause he can read and write. Lets wait for the grain of salt^^

Uranium is used to increase mass of arrow-shaped ammo that tank fires. Mass means energy - energy means damage. However I believe that if you use your hands to deliver energy of the strike, you don't need heavy uranium to do so. What's more important is a hardness of fingers, anti-armory bullets have steel core that have 60-65 points of hadness, while diamond has 70. I suppose that Uranium and Titanium can never reach such hardness.Rakan: For Armor-piercing Karate to increase the penetration of the strike we make use of depleted uranium cores.
UPD: Hardness:
Usual Steel - 2,7 GPa
Hardened Steel - 5 GPa
Wolframium - 4,7 GGa
DUranium - 2,1 GPa
So Kishiro did his homework bad.
Russian army uses Wolframium armor-piercing shell - because it's believed that even DU is still dangerous, however, in case of long war, DU will be used to produce ammunition.
America cannot use wolframium because (as I found in google) it has no entrails of this metall wealthy enough to produce so many shells.
Whoo-hoo! That means thak Kishiro writes everything he hears.Lakan: Furthermore, I added a device that injects Polonium to poison.

I think you should point out that this cat is famous for being nor live nor dead before the box is open.Schrödinger's cat: A thought experiment to discuss the general nature of quantum superpositions in quantum mechanics. This quantum mechanics experiment involves a cat penned in a box with equipment to poison it with a 50% probability, to observe and consider if its present state is living or dead.

Kamui could you clarify what the Jashugan cat is saying? It's been a while since their battle, and my memory is fuzzy.
Ex.
Jashugan: I have polished my fighting spirit for so long, it can fill the Heaven and Earth!!
Does he mean something like:
"Through training, I have cultivated a 'ki' unrivaled in Heaven or Earth."
and for
Jashugan: If the rat ran over a beam, I'd gaze at it with my spiritual strength and it'd fall to be my prisoner.
Does he mean:
"If the rat emerged, my 'ki' alone would overpower and imprison him."
These are the interpretations I've gained from skimming over the Neko no Myojutsu story. Does this apply to Jashugan? Am I in the ballpark?

He literally means a spirit (ki) so strong and big it can fill Heaven and Earth.hyatt wrote:Kamui could you clarify what the Jashugan cat is saying? It's been a while since their battle, and my memory is fuzzy.

Here he means the same as the original text, if the rat ran up to a beam, instead of chasing up, he's gaze and overpower it with his ki. The rat would fall over and take him prisoner.and for

Your interpretations are right, but I should add that I haven't added a footnote and a TL note which explains that Toji's version differs a little bit from the original one. Also Kishiro decided to use the author's real name "Niwa Jurozaemon" instead of the Pen name "Issai Chozan" that you find on all the media. Also he used Katsuken instead of Shoken. As for the story, each cats techniques explanation starts pretty similar to the original text, but in the end their method on how they deal with the rat differs. Specially in Caerula's case in which the original gray cat harmonizes and resolves the conflict in a peaceful yielding way, whereas Caerula's description brings up her Death Array from volume 6.These are the interpretations I've gained from skimming over the Neko no Myojutsu story.
