Volume 11 Omake translation (Chinese! or maybe Japanese)

Finally happy i found scans, seems they are in Chinese.
Different moonspeak, so the translator has difficulty deciphering it.

Anyway any of you know chinese, or have the Japanese version in your bookcase?

The omake would be best and if possible the gun explanation page too.
But if its too much to handle, then don't.
