Besides, French is much more related to English than Japanese. And both languages use the same script code, so there is no necessity of trying to understand Kanji or misstransliterating the kanas.
Finally, we would even be useful to Dharko-Reinga, as they would have something to compare, and you must agree they do deserve.

HumanRage, someone told me Pissarro’s correct second name would be Cri, not Crié, but now you wrote Criée. What’s the correct noun for cry in French? I am completely lost, even because Minna no Manga opted for Kurie.

to cry is "pleurer"
to scream is "crier"
on a big marketplace, sellers are usually selling "a la criée", that means, the one that scream the loudest will get the customers/better display of his offer/everyone screams from all over the place (the stock market used to be like this, 30 years ago before they got computers)
