Can't tell much about the mistranslation! It may have been an error or maybe intentional... So I will just refrain from any judgment.

But about the two "pains in the ass", Elf and Zwold are maybe Tuned too (or tunds, don't know in which version they described as that, in the French they are cyborgs from the Tuned series created after Alita) but it has been proved that they are very far from the level of Alita, or even Sechs. Hell I wouldn't even be surprised if Saya kicked their ass. They haven't even participated in the fight against the Gunflingers group, in my opinion Rakan did something nasty with them. Why I say that, because it is clear to me that they don't have the level to be in this coming match, and don't forget that Rakan is strong, very strong, he was even able to 'surprise' God-Alita (I call her like that now) before she 're-rolled the dices'

Kishiro will surely use this occasion to have Rakan "get rid of them" either in an humorous or nasty way. And we will all be there maybe watching Rakan play with their heads at the beginning of the match for example, Master Kishiro way to welcome us to the final.

Maybe

And HELL, you don't go around in a freaking bunny suit and expect not to attract weird peoples :D

Edit: Also, YAY for my 69th post! Champagne!

2nd Edit: Gonna keep posting edits until the next chapter is released so I can stay at 69 :D. Just to say that I just saw the manga being updated on Mangafox, I don't know for you guys but I came on tons of hostiles ads on this site, I recommend not using it anymore. There is a better one named OneManga, they don't have BAA so I made a request for it. Ok, it's done, now to go back to my hourly prayers for the success of the coming chapters!

He/she even brings the number 6 on his/her forehead,right?

Maybe, to be independant with Elf and Zwolf and to confirm "his" personality, he prefers being called Xechs rather than the number 6, you know, as the prisoner ;)
What prisioner are you talking about?

The prisoner was a TV series during the 60's, in the generic, the man says that he is not a number, is a man (something like that, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Prisoner) . The number of the man is 6.

the last few pages really set the tone brilliantly--somewhat reminiscent of the pages before the big alita/jashugan showdown in 'angel of victory.'

hahaha, "here around us is the world, alita!"

can't wait!

I am really wondering about this final match.
I mean I cannot imagine an outcome with a clear win of one or another team: I can't possibly imagine Gally losing, but on the other hand, the stroyline seems to foreshow Toji earning his karate planet. And Sechs coulnd't possibly prevail over his fated rival, but Zekka looks like he is ready to throw away his life for the sake of accomplishing his utlimate attack.

So who will stand at the end of the match? Will the losers be obliterated, as were almost all of the other teams (except for the guntroll which escaped thanks to Kaerula's timely action)

I think Trinidad's actions are going to prevent the match from having a proper ending, and that those extraordinary fighters will have to use their forces together against Ladder, instead of using it for mutual obliteration.

it seems to me that zekka did something to his "fijiroy mark one" body, maybe he sort of overclocked it and have some side issues to take into account (engineer looks afraid)

DO WANT THE NEXT 20 CHAPTERS

the match probably won't have a resolution in the sense of a clear winner. yes, there will probably be some sort of intervention by ladder.

the battle will really get out of hand, threatening political stability of the solar system. eventually all the parties will strike a deal. first trinidad will agree to step down. then gally will voluntarily exile herself to mars in exchange for tiphares/scrapyard being awarded sovereignty, and toji will accept the opportunity to create his karate haven somewhere on earth's surface. space angel's techs will go with him.

sechs will become zekka's new rival, and they will each go off to refine what they've learned, pledging to return next year to test each other (and settle up) once more. gally will probably return to her pre-quantum state, resetting her powers and returning the fata morgana to caerula before heading off to mars with zazie. this may be where gally parts ways with the rest of her crew, as she invariably does with all her friends. (perhaps she'll meet up with them later)

and this is how the mars storyline gets launched. ta-da!
