Crazyankan, you are riight, (of course) there is a KILLER album, Radio K.A.O.S. it's a 1987 concept album by former Pink Floyd bassist, singer songwriter Roger Waters. It is his second solo album. A lot of good Rock and Roll there too! There is one song "Radio Waves" that would seem to fit that perfectly.
