series going back to being bi weekly(for now)

Post by 00_unit »

It seems Mars chronicle will be back to being bi weekly again. As the reason for the hiatus was health reason as the creator wanted to get vaccinated and was focusing on improving his health as well. I think it is nice to see him looking after his health and I like transparency as I can become a lot more understanding when good reasons are revealed.

The next chapter after 38 part 2 will be released on 24th august. Look forward to volume 8 being release this year as that is still something that is going to happen.

He is worried about his blood sugar level and cholesterol level as he is diabetic so he takes blood test monthly and is monitoring his health more seriously lately, as that explains the frequently hiatus that happen a while back but now it was announced that the hiatus fiasco will be over(for now) and that volume 8(at least 3-4[6-8 parts chapters] chapters) will be release in 2021

Resign yourselves, Kishiro will die on us before finishing this already painful to follow manga.

Can't fault you for feeling that way as the berserk author passing away, some would feel jaded due to that plus this series has been serialized for 30 years now you said it yourself your ideal length should be no more than 30 volumes, but I want to see how it ends as I sometimes have a strong level of curiosity.

Well, covid is quite dangerous for diabet affected people. No wonder Kishiro is worried. I'm diabetic myself but i'm' zero worried. I should. I'm way too careless.

Well, if he died yesterday; he'd still be my fave comic creator ever.

On a more optimistic note, Amazon has the 8th Mars book up for pre order for Jun 2022, so this biweekly news should hopefully bump that up a bit.

Whatever! So far I've bought up to volume 2 only, the last time Alita appeared in the series, not crybaby Yoko. I'm skipping the entirety of Muster's arc. Perhaps I'll start buying again if this kunstlers' arc proves to be worthwhile, it's too early to say if it is. Meanwhile the best manga I'm following is Dead Dead Demon's Dededede Destruction by Inio Asano, I've ordered the ten volumes available at Amazon (Viz edition).

I FUCKING LOVED the meister arc, especially since I read the video game stuff like 20 years ago...so I "knew" some beats and seeing him stick to the plan was awesome.

Also; I think Erica is going to be the new Sechs as far as a massive chunk of the show and .... the Meister Arc isn't that bad...Erica could be a Darth Vader type legend some day.
