How do you play the Gunnm-Martian Memory?

Hi everyone,

I just downloaded Gunnm-Martian Memeory from the Games section on this site. Does anyone know what program I need to play it?

For me it worked fine on ePSXe emulator.
I tried Emuraiden too but it doesnt work with it.

Oh, right, I downloaded it too some time ago...

I've been afraid to play it...afraid to be dissappointed...does the gameplay compare to say, Oni?

No idea.. I never played oni.
Gunnm-MM is hmm.... like most m/a based games, maybe a bit better.
No revelations at all but for Gunnm fans it should be playable. Story goes way beyond first 9 volumes (i don't think it's same as Last Order story tho) but it's in jap. :\

um...how do you use ePSXe? it's asking me to configure it, but how?

You must get bios for it and some plugins first.
For bios search for "scph7502". Its not too easy to find it on web so you should try some P2P.
As for plugins there are some sites where those can be found so just google it.
All thats left is to run 'config->wizard guide' and configure it. If some files are mising it will tell you so and should also tell where can you find them.

ok i configured the emulator, now how do i run the game? it doesnt seem to respond

You can either launch it from cd-rom or from iso image
Run->cd-rom/iso
If it still doesnt want to work then there mus be some problem with plugins ... not all are compatible, and in others you must set them right. For me it was working at first try >_>
My setings/plugins are:
bios = scph9002-pal
video = P.E.Op.S. Soft Driver 1.17 (for weakest PC's)
sound = ePSXe SPU core 1.5.2
cd-rom = ePSXe CDR ASPI core 1.5.2

Hope this will help you untill ^Ripper put's his FAQ for it on site >_>

i'm kill makaku and i watch movie.Game is no loading :/...what i should do ?? plx tell me .
its loadning and loading and loading and its no work (lag) i waiting 30minut and its not working

My favorite part of the game was fighting as fogia, Gally just kicks your ass and it's quite fun.

I wish i could read Japaneses to play this game. It's like im talking to people with no brains. or maybe im the one without the brain too. But yeah the fighting is fun. But I can only assume what they are saying based on the manga's.

Anyone care to teach japanese?

I bought the game before I ever found roms for it...pretty good game if you're a Gunnm fan.

I find the battle with GR 2 to be funny, since unlike the manga, I just pulled out the pistol and shot her to death.
